Smoking : Storch View is non-smoking accommodation. Please respect this.

Disabilities : The accommodation is suitable for partially disabled.

Pets : Sorry pets are not allowed.

Deposit : Payable at the time of booking (see tariff)

Balance payment : to be received minimum 6 weeks before holiday begins.

Cancellation : A minimum of 10 days' notice is required for the cancellation of any booked accommodation; if less notice than this is given, we reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee. If we are able to resell the accommodation for the period in question there will be no cancellation fee.

Arrival Time : The accommodation will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival.

Departure : Guests are requested to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure.

Wi-fi and Broadband : are available at an extra cost.

Parking : There is parking space for up to 3 vehicles in front of the property.

Cyclists : There is a shed provided for the storage of cycles, waterproofs and boots, etc.

Guests are requested not to wear outdoor shoes inside the property please. Property and contents to be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.

The owners reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to the property and/or its contents. The owners shall be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time.
